Berrinba is a recently constructed freestanding warehouse and office facility providing 5,683m² of leasable area sitting on a 11,940m² site. Knauf occupy approximately half the facility on a 5 year lease and TLC Freight occupy the other half of the facility on a 3 year lease. Berrinba forms part of the larger industrial precinct known as South-West 1 and located 21 kilometres south-east of the Brisbane CBD with close access to the Logan Motorway.
