GARDA Property Group (GARDA) advises that the 2023 Annual General Meeting of GARDA Holdings Limited and the general meeting of GARDA Diversified Property Fund (the Meetings) will be held at Dexus Place, Level 31, Waterfront Place, 1 Eagle Street, Brisbane on Wednesday 29 November 2023 at 10:00am (AEST).

Investors who have provided their email addresses and elected to receive communications electronically will have received an email from Link Market Services with instructions to access the secure voting system.

Securityholders should be aware that GARDA will not be mailing printed copies of the notice of meeting and explanatory memorandum (Meeting Material) and will only be making them available electronically. This is consistent with the recent changes to the Corporations Act 2001 dealing with electronic communications.
