Garda Property Group (GARDA) advises that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Garda Holdings Limited and the general meeting of Garda Diversified Property Fund (the Meetings) will be held at Blue Tower, Level 1, 12 Creek Street, Brisbane on Thursday 27 November 2025 at 11:00am (AEST).

Investors who have provided their email addresses and elected to receive communications electronically will have received an email from MUFG Corporate Services with instructions to access the secure voting system.

Securityholders should be aware that Garda will not be mailing printed copies of the notice of meeting and explanatory memorandum (Meeting Material) and will only be making them available electronically. This is consistent with the recent changes to the Corporations Act 2001 dealing with electronic communications.

For those investors who have elected to receive a hard copy, please find a link below to review the Meeting Material and instructions of how to access the secure MUFG Corporate Services Investor Centre where proxy votes can be submitted prior to 11.00am (AEST) on Tuesday, 25 November 2025.
